Billing

We accept all major forms of insurance and government payor programs including Medicaid and Medicare. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on income.  Our policy is to not let financial obstacles be a barrier to care.

In almost all cases, the skilled services provided by VNHCH are reimbursed by your insurance carrier. Services may be reviewed by your carrier for medical necessity and payment will be limited to the terms of your contract.

We will work directly with your insurance carrier for reimbursement. It is your obligation to notify VNHCH of any changes in your insurance coverage. You will be responsible to pay VNHCH for services as a result of non-coverage.
