Visiting Nurse Home Care and Hospice offers peer support groups for community members who have experienced the loss of a loved one or are coping with chronic health issues.

Living with Loss Support Group

Effective September 23, we are retooling our grief support group and 9/23 will be the last date for the online Living with Loss Support Group. We will be rolling out a new support group soon and will announce its dates and location soon.
