What to Expect During Home Care Visits
Once your doctor refers you for home care services, our team will contact you to schedule your initial visit. Care is provided in your home based on your physician’s orders, and we keep your doctor informed about your progress and any changes in your condition. It is important that we see you as often as your doctor orders.
Depending on your needs, different members of your home care team may visit your home at different times. These may include a nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist, or medical social worker.
