VNHCH Appoints Charley Federico as Operations Manager

Visiting Nurse Home Care and Hospice of Carroll County and Western Maine (VNHCH) has appointed Charley Federico as operations manager, a newly created position that will support the organization’s administrative and operational functions while enhancing care coordination for patients throughout Carroll County, New Hampshire, and western Maine.

Federico brings more than 10 years of healthcare operations leadership experience to the role, with expertise in operational efficiency, process improvement, change management, and cross-functional team leadership.

As operations manager, Federico oversees intake, referral processing, scheduling, and other administrative functions. She works closely with organizational leadership to improve workflows and support timely access to care.

A key focus of Federico’s role is strengthening relationships with referring providers and healthcare facilities while ensuring referrals are processed efficiently and patients transition into care without unnecessary delays.
