Hospice Remembrance Ceremony
Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026, 6pm
Location: Tin Mountain Conservation Center, Albany, NH
Join us for a quiet walk along an accessible nature trail, lit with luminaries with the names of hospice clients and others in our community who have passed. Walk to be followed by a program in the beautiful Nature Learning Center with performances by Silver Lake Singers. Light refreshments to follow.

Book Club Discussion: Roar into the Future

2026 Caregiver Expo
Presented by Visiting Nurse Home Care and Hospice and the Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center

Location: Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center in Center Conway
This free community event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (doors open at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and light snacks). Attendance is limited to 50 participants and pre-registration is required
